For approved customers, out terms are due upon receipt or 1% 10, NET 30. (Late payments are subject to a 6% late fee and may result in tier pricing change.)
Please click on the PDF file links below, print them off and fax back along with your purchase order and current trade references to 877-875-5022 or 336-883-8003. Purchase orders must include complete information, billing address and telephone number. Please include "Prepay & Add Freight Cost" on your purchase order, as our discounted freight costs will be prepaid by us and added to your invoice.
